Pokémon Battrio is an arcade game focused on Pokémon battles, where teams of three Pokémon fight simultaneously—a feature not in the main series ("BATTRIO" combines "battle" and "trio"). Players use pucks to select Pokémon, and the game’s simplified battle system targets ages 6 to 12. A memory key saves progress and unlocks additional modes. Initially featuring Pokémon up to Generation IV, it was later updated with Generation V Pokémon before being replaced by its sequel, Pokémon Tretta.
